Reviewing the whole store format from stationery to grocery, from fashion to home & gift, we consolidated the quantity of parts thereby reducing production costs while increasing flexibility and sustainability.
Detailing was refined to create a consistent design approach that reduced the components of the store by over 30%. Our new design delivered similar cost savings.
We delivered an independent, specification pack, giving Hema complete control of an impartial tender process. We supported throughout their selection and onboarding of the best overall supplier.
